Key Account Manager & Online Sales Specialist - eCommerce (3-10 yrs)
We are looking for a Key Account manager & Online Sales Specialist for the EMERGE B2C and D2C Brands
- Key account manager's main role is to retain top customers and nurture those key relationships over time. Ideally, they become a strategic partner and advisor to the client, discovering new opportunities to work together for mutual benefit.
- Key account management builds trusted relationships with clients, leading to greater satisfaction. Happy customers share those experiences and recommend you to other potential customers.
- Candidate must have experience of driving sales and revenue generation Online
- He would have run successful brand sales online, with demonstrated performance growth in terms of in-brand sales
- Experience with PPC campaigns and how to drive traffic online.
- Knowledge of data analytics and online marketing tools is necessary.
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing online seller accounts on B2C e-commerce marketplaces
- Driving key business metrics of GSV, Assortment and Activity Rate etc.
- Identifying and assessing a client's critical needs.
- Identifying short- and long-term growth opportunities.
- Forecasting and tracking key account metrics
- Keeping up to date with market trend and competitor activity.
- Promotion & Assortment planning for the sellers - keeping trends and seasonality in mind
- Formulate monetization plans for the sellers for better promotion planning and visibility.
- Being a point of contact to priority customers and resolving any issues that they have.
- Closely liaising with the marketing team about campaigns.
- Collecting and communicating customer requirements to all necessary departments.
- Providing technical customer support, as necessary.
- Conducting regular Business Reviews with customers.
- Responding to client communications or queries.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of any marketing campaigns.
- Setting up and managing Amazon Ad campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, bids, and budgets for all assigned accounts on a weekly basis.
- Reporting to the clients and updating Account Managers on a weekly basis with updates, recommendations, and insights.
- Performing Keyword Research, Competitor Research, and Market Research for each assigned account.
- Provide complete and accurate data in the weekly reports.
- Having experience in the analysis of data using Amazon Tools, business reports, search term reports, etc.
- Should have sound knowledge of Brand Analytics, Amazon seller central and vendor central.
- Should have a proven track record of giving higher orders with lower Acos.
