Key Account Manager - Office Equipment/Automation (3-5 yrs)
EXPERIENCE : Overall: 3 - 5 YEARS in sales
Essential : Minimum 3 years A/c Management experience
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS :
Essential: Graduate / Diploma in sales
Desirable: M.B.A.
SALARY (CTC) Rs. 5 L to 7 L (Excluding Incentive ) (60:40 ratio)
Salary will commensurate with no. of years of experience and Qualification
OBJECTIVE :
- Establish strong relationship with large corporate
- Maximize wallet share from key accounts
- Understand the customers business needs and propose products.
- Sell complete range of company products and solutions to Commercial, Major, Key & Global Corporates.
- Acquire new Accounts
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Responsible for assigned sales targets through existing and new accounts
- Build strong customer relationships through effective account management and implement customer engagement strategies in target accounts
- Engage with C level in target accounts
- Prepare and submit Account Management activity, forecast & process reports, as per defined schedule
- Share vision of Customer a/c (growth plans), to enable company to improve their offerings, in line with Customers future requirement.
- Identify current and future needs of customer and potential customers.
- Map competition activity in assigned accounts, input into CRM database and develop counter strategies
- Deploy and implement Global Contracts and ensure uniform compliance
- Develop new key accounts to increase market penetration
- Plan and schedule customer visitation so as to capture, analyze and review customer feedback on products and services.
Industry Preference : Office Automation/IT Hardware/BFSI/Manufacturing/Pharma
Competency/Skills Required :
- Good negotiation, listening, inquisitive, networking skills
- Clarity in communication (written, verbal, presentation)
- Clear understanding of products and services
- Clear vision and creativity
- Ability to maintain deadlines pre and post
- Ability to close out deals
- Team player
- Proficient in IT
