SALARY (CTC) Rs. 5 L to 7 L (Excluding Incentive ) (60:40 ratio)

Maximize wallet share from key accounts
Understand the customers business needs and propose products.
Sell a complete range of company products and solutions to Commercial, Major, Key & Global Corporates.
Acquire new Accounts
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for assigned sales targets through existing and new accounts
Build strong customer relationships through effective account management and implement customer engagement strategies in target accounts
Engage with C level in target accounts
Prepare and submit Account Management activity, forecast & process reports, as per defined schedule
Share the vision of Customer a/c (growth plans), to enable the company to improve their offerings, in line with Customers future requirement.
Identify current and future needs of the customer and potential customers.
Map competition activity in assigned accounts, input into CRM database and develop counter strategies
Deploy and implement Global Contracts and ensure uniform compliance
Develop new key accounts to increase market penetration
Plan and schedule customer visitation so as to capture, analyze and review customer feedback on products and services.
Industry Preference Office Automation / IT Hardware / BFSI. / Manufacturing / Pharma
Competency/Skills Required
Good negotiation, listening, inquisitive, networking skills
