Key Account Manager - Office Automation (3-7 yrs)
We are urgently hiring for the position of KAM(Key Account Manager) with one of the conglomerate in Office Automation industry.
Role and Level: Key Account Manager
Years of Experience: 3-7 years
Location: Mumbai
Salary Range: upto 9 LPA

Job Profile/ KRAs:
1. Maximize wallet share from key clients
2. Enhance brand positioning as one stop technology shop.
3. Strengthen our capabilities to attain in depth understand of our customer business needs & infrastructure across various verticals, and positioning solutions to meet their needs
4. Penetrate deeper to holistically expand our customer reach and business opportunities.
5. To enable move up the value chain by offering solutions to customers.
6. Is to act as an expert in his vertical and leverage this expertise to enable the clients meet their business objectives in an efficient and effective manner
7. Take complete ownership for client management and engage with CXOs
8. Responsible for overall revenue generation from his/her set of enterprise accounts nationally and for expansion of wallet share from the client
9. Identify, understand customer's existing processes/issues need and provide industry best practices, information, transformation and solutions
10. Co-relate Business Process knowledge with product and services in order to optimize revenues and maximize opportunities through third party/ outsourcing options.
11. Help design new solutions and strategies for the vertical
12. To meet the client needs - collaborate with BUs and other internal stakeholders.
Qualification Criteria: Any graduate
