Key Account Manager - Modern Trade - FMCG - South (8-14 yrs)
Client : Lead Personal Care Company
Position : Key Account Management - South (Modern Trade)
Location : Bangalore
Reporting To -National Modern Trade Head / Regional Sales Manager
The Regional Key Accounts Manager would be Responsible for
- Driving customer engagement with key accounts headquartered in Respective Region/State through alignment on the business plans, joint business planning leading to in- store execution excellence.
- Drive market development and enhance market share and Share of Shelf in the Modern Trade Channel.
- Drive sustainable account growth with the right 5P execution (Assortment/Placement/Planograms/ Branding/Promotions & Pricing).
- Deploying Display Fixtures and Activations while managing the relevant investment budget and the Return on Investment.
- Driving execution of store initiatives through alignment of the sales operations and managing the Key Account Executives.
- Terms of trade negotiation, business development agreement and co-ordination with regional chain accounts HQ in the area.
- Execution of all National and Regional Agreements, including development through the regional category of national chains.
- Payments & Collection
- Coordination with Regional chains and Monthly meeting/Review.

Requisite : Minimum 7-8 years of exposure in Modern trade/ Preferred Sectors -FMCG
