Key Account Manager - Modern Trade - Appliances (2-7 yrs)
Deliver the sales objectives of volume, value, market share and Sell IN & Sell OUT and does the customer facing role for Organization in assigned region. Ensure delivery of the channel plans at the store level, ensure merchandising, drive field efficiencies, and ensure a robust engagement & relationship matrix with category manager's at a region level also accountable to achieve sales target as set, Business Account development, Ensure ISD Recruitments, Productivity, Display, Product Training, Local branch executions.
Key Account Management
- Business Development in Area / Key Account Management
- Be the face of organization for all accounts at a regional level. Drive engagement and business through regular reviews.
- Market Visit to ensure Shelf presence/display
- Ensuring damage free product display
- Ensuring all listed SKU's are available
- Ensuring proper MOP are displayed
- Suggest Product Mix which can be added
- Become point of contact to the Key Accounts- Management and Store Level
- Ensuring adequate stock levels in stores.
- Coordination with commercial/ Warehouse for timely PO executions and billing
- Establish and run relationship matrix between field team and customer store team, through regular visits, reviews and business planning.
ISD Management:
- Maintaining ISD productivity
- ISD recruitment Pan India
- Product Training to ISD and store staff
- Develop soft skills in ISD and motivating them to achieve results
- Managing incentive plan to be executed
- Understanding and solving issues faced by ISD's to avoid sales loss
- Continuous team engagement to ensure high retention in merchandiser & promoters
- Train team to deliver differentiated and innovative displays in the store.
Enhancing secondary sales:
- Pushing the sales and ensuring desired store productivity.
- Pushing ISD to achieve more
- A strategic alignment with retailers, superior understanding of shopper needs and behaviors.
- Manage order generation through category managers and order execution. Led by field team, and closer working with supply chain.
- Involves TOT planning & adherence, Business planning, Market share deliverables.
- Competition understanding through customer discussions and market visits.

- Offers and Promotions and Branding Activities
- New product introductions
Marketing Activities:
- Managing Promotional activities undertaken - Effective execution of Displays and branding activities.
- Plan and Execute brand activation / channel activations at store level by working closely with KAM, CMM, Customer team
Report Generation:
- Secondary Sales Report
- Store Tracker (Market Visit)
- Promoter Attendance
- Stock Report
Others:
- Individual Account handling: Negotiate product mix, price, receive PO, Execute PO, and ensure timely payment, Involvement in TOT.
- Candidate should have experience of working in prominent retail chains like Future Group, Reliance Retail, and Walmart etc.
