Key Account Manager/Market Place Development Manager - Real Estate/Online (6-10 yrs)
- Revenue achievement & improvement from agents.
- Take required action based on SS to ensure, marketplace rewards good seller behavior and provide enough opportunities to sellers with lower score to improve.
- Identify gaps in agent, knowledge and behavior that are preventing him from doing property transactions.
- Running programs that will help him overcome these gaps and maximize transactions and revenue by training & workshops.
- Accountable for improvement in overall score for M+ agents for a particular region.
- Working closely with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Sellers Acquisition and Accreditation teams to create a highly rewarding experience for home buyers.
- Making sure that agents are engaged with the platform and benefiting from it.
