Key Account Manager/Manager - Client Success/Customer Service - Branding & Digital Marketing Agency (2-4 yrs)
Job Description :
- We are looking for a young and dynamic individual who can join our Client Servicing team as a Key Account Manager and deliver our clients globally. The individual will also be responsible for defining the delivery processes and managing client projects.
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of company Clients for their branding and marketing needs.
- Work with the heads of content, design, analytics and technology teams to develop and implement strategies and processes to evolve, streamline and improve campaign.
- Be the direct point of contact for the client's day to day needs, queries, issues and provide timely resolution to ensure client satisfaction.
- Should set the right expectations with the client in terms of project delivery timelines as received from the delivery team. Should be forthright in communicating any delays before client escalations.
- Maximize client retention and revenue growth by coaching the team to understand client needs, manage client expectations and diffuse client conflicts.
- Understand client requirements / brief from the business development team.
- Get the project plan for the same with timelines from the delivery team and follow-up to ensure timelines are met.
- Allocate proper briefs to team members, lead & guide the team for effective planning & execution.
- Build credibility throughout the organization as an effective problem solver and thought leader who maintains up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, processes, and industry developments & trends while continuously maintaining a demeanour of approachability.
- To support management in developing, benchmarking and deploying client service strategies focused on client retention and delight.
- Research on the brand to get information on brand essence, competition, past consumer connects programs etc.
- To ensure immediate response to client issues as per severity and priority.
Skills Required :
- Great communication skills - written and oral.
- Experience in relevant field - Branding and Digital Marketing Is must (Agency experience is added advantage)
- Ability to build rapport with clients /team.
- Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Google Analytics and Google Ad words.
- Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail.
- Ability to work in an organized manner with a problem-solving attitude.
