Experience : 4 years to 8 years
Qualification : BE/Btech or MBA
Location : Kolkata
Reporting To : Product Head - Long Products
Key Skill & Abilities :
- Experience in TMT Products Mandatory.
- Responsible for achieving sales volume of TMT as per set target and increasing market share in the assigned territory.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Servicing distribution network as well as end customer, processing of orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Regular visit to existing customer and to new prospects for business development.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers on time
- Resolve any issue and problems faced by the customers and deal with complaints to maintain the trust
- Prepare regular reports of customer visit, progress and forecast to formulate the strategies.
- Follow up and respond to sales enquiries within stipulated time.
- Monitor and report on market and competitors activities and provide relevant reports and information
- Manage product mix, pricing and margins as per management guideline
- Timely collections of payment.
- Implement strategies, execute activities and evaluate promotional results.
- Convert inquiries to purchase order and prepare techno commercial offers
Desired Profile :
