Key Account Manager - IT Services (4-6 yrs)
- The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing and growing key client relationships in the IT Services & Consulting sector. The role involves understanding the client's business needs, aligning company services to meet those needs, and ensuring long-term satisfaction and revenue growth. The KAM acts as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring effective communication and coordination of resources to deliver value-added solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular meetings to understand client needs, challenges, and future goals.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to present new solutions to clients.
- Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and other departments to ensure successful project delivery.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the client's industry, business model, and technology landscape.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and performance metrics.
- Prepare and present account performance reports to internal and client stakeholders.
