Job Description Urgent Opening for Key Account Manager for a leading IT Hardware Industry - Hyderabad
Experience : 2 - 5 Years
Salary : Max upto 4.5 L PA
Responsibilities :
1.Perform key account planning to identify, develop, and generate new business and increase revenues. Obtain market intelligence.
2. Generate and submit bids to customers as requested.
3. Conduct sales calls and make product / service presentations to meet customer needs.
4. Work with the Regional Managers and Sales Manager to develop long-term sales strategies for the specific verticals.
5. Develop understanding of the customers business, technical environment, challenges, and other relevant information to assist in marketing of product.
6. Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
7. Meets assigned targets for strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
8. Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
9. Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
10. Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
11. Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.
12. Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
