Key Account Manager - IT (4-11 yrs)
We are looking for KAM ( Key account Management) manager.
Please find below JD :
Responsibilities :
- Achieve order inflows by mining the assigned KAM customers
- Generate business opportunities by mining the key accounts assigned (obtain commitment for increased share of business/add new services/ add new divisions),
- Ensure no customer loss- by taking appropriate proactive steps internally within Integra of externally with customers.
- Identify skill-gap of KAMs / KAEs and train them so that's all KAMs / KAEs in the team are professionally well equipped to be effective in mining the key accounts assigned.
- Must have work experience for Europe and UK markets.
Keys & Skills Required :
- Role influences company wide resource planning (manpower, financial and infrastructure) and capacity build up basing the sales plan.
- Role influences product development
- Role influences to bring in customer focus
- Role influences bringing about changes to - Operations outlook & methodology-
- Role influences profitability of businesses, revenues and collections.
- Role ensures customers- voice is assimilated and acted upon throughout the organization
- Role influences the formulation and implementation of the strategic initiatives of the company
- The role's expertise, as a part of the Management Committee, influences to bringing in the sales and marketing perspective, voice of customer, and changes in marketplace, to the overall company practices and strategy.

Experience : 4-11 years
Qualification : MBA from top ranked B-School.
