Designation : Key Account Manager

Preferred candidate profile :

- Graduates, preferably MBAs with a minimum of 3-8 years of relevant experience; candidates with higher experience will be considered for suitable roles.

- Demonstrated expertise as a Key Account Manager with a proactive approach in a B2B service industry or a similar client-facing role within the technology sector.

- Proven sales prowess, consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.

- Strong proficiency in key account management, presentation delivery, communication, and relationship-building.

- Familiarity with CRM software and adeptness in utilizing data analysis tools.

- Strategic mindset with a thorough comprehension of market trends and industry advancements.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Locations : Positions are across Tamil Nadu

Role & Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Customers, understanding their business objectives, and aligning them with our cutting-edge technology solutions.

- Perform daily Customer visits & Updation of CVR & Asianet Account Information System.

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, delivering innovative solutions that provide added value and contribute to the company's sales targets.

- Act as a customer contact point within the organization, ensuring client feedback is heard and acted upon to reach win-win resolutions and enhance service delivery.

- Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability from key accounts while meeting Customers' evolving needs.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics, providing Customers with valuable insights and positioning them for success.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to deliver seamless service and solutions to key accounts.

- Adhere to 100% CAF/Customer Documentation and Payment collection compliance and updation.
