Key Account Manager - Insurance (3-6 yrs)
- Achieve organizational goals for the assigned Zone in terms of revenue, cost, corporate activities,
- Sales Management Process and Business MIS;
- Channel partner engagement management, tracking, and achievement of Life Insurance sales in the vertical.
- He/She would also be responsible for Campaign Management; Vendor Management along with internal stakeholder coordination.
- Track Plan Vs Achievement of Predicted Opportunity Vs. Actual Opportunity
- Enable sales team in each campaign by providing adequate visibility on lead distribution; opportunity available vs. business sourced; target vs. achievement
- Monitor & evaluate performance of each campaign & update various stakeholders
- Drive Sales to reduce pending bucket via daily updates on Pending & through fortnightly reviews with Business.
- Candidates Profile MBA-Fulltime with Experience of Bancassurance, Alternate Channel, Broking Channel. Excellent Communication Skill.
