Key Account Manager - Industrial Product (3-10 yrs)
Position Title : Key Account Manager
Location : Lucknow
Related Experience : Industrial products field Sales Experience in the related Territory. 3 - 5 Years- experience only
Education
Bachelor of Engineering - Preferably in Electrical, Electronic or Instrumentation MBA preferred
Purpose of Function :
To achieve the sales budget for products / solutions. Create Business Opportunities for portfolio in the assigned territory and Industrial Segment, manage sales & marketing activities and develop new accounts.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Key Accounts Manager :
- Generate Sales Revenue from the assigned segment in India.
- Identify & Register as a vendor with Key Accounts
- Create Demand with these Key account end-customers for our products
- Arrange Product presentations with the Key Accounts
- Create Contact Matrix
- Utilize DDEC.
- Follow sales process
- Identify customer buying behaviour and capture opportunities with Sales stage in CRM tool.
- Precisely forecast sales and ensure order entry on monthly basis
- Funnel Management and carry out activities for ensuring sales revenue
- Negotiate and close the deals
Cross Functional Team Work :
- Support the Segment/Business Managers for developing the Focus Market Segments in designated territory.
- Support the Service Manager to implement the Service Plan in designated territory.
Learning and Self Development
- Learn company Processes & Quality Systems.
- Participate in Self Learning within & Outside Knowledge base.
- Improvement in Soft Skills.
Additional Roles :
- Besides the Assigned Segment also Support the sales activities in other Segments.
- Provide Market Information for Management decision Process
- Manage Credit Control & Receivables with Customers & Business Partners
