Key Account Manager - HyperLocal Delivery Business (2-7 yrs)

Experience Required : 2 to 7 Years
B2B Account Management experience in HyperLocal Delivery business required.
Preferred candidates with Last Mile Delivery Experience working in companies like Shadowfax, Lalamove etc.

- The company targets to transform last-mile deliveries from petrol to electric with their expertise in EV technology and tech-enabled operations on the ground.
- It last raised a Pre-Series A funding of $2.8 million from IAN Fund in 2019 and is on the verge of closing 100+ crores Round soon. It has tied up with original equipment manufacturers like Hero Electric and Lohia Auto to procure the vehicles. However, instead of buying them upfront, it gets these vehicles funded by high net worth individuals whom it pays a monthly rental for about three years after which it owns the vehicles.
- It has partnered with over 30+ B2B clients including BigBasket, Spencer- s, Amazon, Flipkart,Licious and Myntra among others to serve their last-mile deliveries.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. The candidate would be responsible for sustaining and growing the assigned B2B large and small accounts with P&L responsibilities.
2. Good in account management, stakeholder relationships and ensuring a healthy mix of partners long term association.
3. Laying down the roadmap for the growth of the assigned account for the city and ensuring its execution.
4. Strategizing and executing all account related initiatives from operational troubleshooting to activation.
5. The person should have experience in delivering the best Customer experience while having a 360 degree view from Customer Care to Delivery Executive Safety to Optimal utilization of resources.
6. Managing the administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible
Skill Set :
1. Relevant work experience of 2+ years at least key account management role or Operations role with a penchant for Leadership.
2. A competent decision-maker with the ability to create and execute strategic growth plans for the region.
3. A visionary who can foresee the Macro factors affecting the business and strategize preemptively.
4. Identifies, builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally
