Key Account Manager - HVAC Sales (5-10 yrs)
- Meeting with consultants and convince them on products and technical knowhow, develop business relationship.
- Information sharing about the project and market dynamics, unique specifications generation and will be incorporated in consultant tender specifications for the adhesive and covering material for the various insulation generics.
- Meeting with contractors and guide them for the selection of adhesive for various HVAC application. Understand the concern area and help them in consult with technical team. Develop relationship with each of member involved in the project.
- Conduct the contractor engagement program to educate the contractor team on the adhesive handling, application and safety & precautionary measures to be taken.
- Meeting with builders, pharmaceutical end client, & convince them on the product features, advantages, arrange for the mock up as per the application.
- Monitoring and following up with the projects and daily activities.
- Manage the distributor account and sale through the distributor counter, motivate them to achieve the set goal.
- Business development by providing adhesive for the bonding purpose for very unique application.
- Techno-Commercial discussion leading to order.
- Generating the various reports from time to time.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Any Graduate with 5-10 years of experience into B2B Sales of adhesives, coatings, foams catering to HVAC Contractors, Insulation Contractors, OEM through the authorized Distributors.
- A good team player with thought leadership ability to develop and direct team members.
- Good command of spoken and written English
