Job Description :
The company seeks a highly driven individual to manage relationships with partner hospitals. The role involves ensuring partner hospitals get's value provided, improving their brand visibility, and increasing patient footfall. The position requires extensive travel within the assigned area, meeting partner hospitals frequently. The individual will operate with great autonomy, learning and growing in a fast-paced digital healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain strong relationships with partner hospitals
- Onboard and align partner hospitals for success
- Drive revenue growth from existing partner hospitals
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Understand business needs and provide additional support, solutions, and resources
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and prepare monthly impact reports
- Assist in co-branding and drive higher occupancy and growth for partner hospitals
- Follow up on invoices, payments, and collections
Preferred Qualifications :
- MBA is mandate
- Knowledge of customer success processes
