Key Account Manager - Healthcare (4-7 yrs)
Key responsibilities :
- Hygiene of account management including farming the account. Be the main point of contact and responsible for maintaining strong relationships with partner hospitals
- Onboarding partner hospitals and aligning them for success
- Revenue growth from existing partner hospitals; driving customer success
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Increase customer satisfaction by understanding business needs and providing additional support, solutions and resources
- Closely coordinate with cross functional teams, nursing, doctors, customer support and technology teams and prepare monthly reports on the impact created by Cloudphysician, action items and operations data that is useful for the partner hospital
- Co-branding and helping drive higher occupancy and growth for partner hospitals
- Following up on invoices, payments and collections
