Key Account Manager - Healthcare (2-4 yrs)

Core Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the overall performance of his assigned regions.
- Work closely with Business Head to assist in the development of Strategies, Short term Plans, targeting etc.-
- Responsible for the creation & retention of customer base of Key Opinion Leaders & Key Decision Makers. -
- Responsible for handling Government Institutional Sales/Tender Business for Company -
- Working with marketing teams to provide marketing support to key clients.
- Ensure absolute implementation of company strategies. Make sure complete coverage of existing customers and better customer service -
- Enhancing the relationships with all decision makers and influencers in large accounts. -
- Processing sales requests and orders for large volume deals -
- Improving performance of key focus brands and new products as per Company strategy -
- Building and maintaining strong Institutional Stickiest/Service Providers network as per the Company Policy -
- Develop contacts in client institutions and purchasing authorities. Maintain good relations with Tender authorities.
- Identify potential opportunities in the area with existing and potential customers.
- Communicate internally with the office staff in relation to tenders / offers /inquiries floated by hospitals/ institutions for tender submissions and supplies and ensure achieving the sales plan
- Achieve target on month/Quarter/Half Year / Year basis
- Prepare the reports & MIS and timely submission to company
- Accountable to monthly/Half yearly/Yearly sales targets
- Responsible for timely Submissions of Pre Bid Communications, Accurate Rate Quotations and various Pro-forma invoices to customers with due approvals
- Communicate with Sales, Finance, Distribution, Purchase and Warehouse for dispatches, payment follow ups.
- Responsible for post sales coordination and bridging the gap/s between warehouse, transporter and customer till material reaches the customers- sites.
Desired Qualifications :
- Any graduate- prefererably Science graduate, MBA (Marketing) preferred. Not neccesary.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of TENDERING & E-TENDERING for Government & Private Institutions
- 2 to 3 years of work experience in similar field
