About Company : It's a global R&D company which provides Robust Products line in the Infection Control Solutions business, They are Pioneer in Medical Sterilization & Bio-Medical Waste Management Systems.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- To implement weekly / fortnightly / monthly/ quarterly regional sales plans and work Strategy in alignment with Organization business objectives
- Evaluate individual performances of Team Members and suggest alternative course of action and tactical improvisation to achieve sales targets
- Resolves problems, analyzes Key Performance Indicators, identifies evolving marketing trends, determines regional sales system improvements, and implements change when necessary.
- Meets regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing monthly/ quarterly budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
- Maintain and expand a customer centric base by counselling sales / service representatives, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities.
- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, innovative sales technique and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends, and tracking competitors.
- Push Top lines with improved EBTA and respect for the Brand & Product in your markets
