Key Account Manager - FMCG (8-15 yrs)
The Key Account Manager will help build and maintain customer relations with strategic accounts that typically involve an international partner or major global accounts.
Key Accountabilities
- Managing sales of 3 different product portfolio (Oils & Fats, Sweetener Starches & Specialty FoodIng., Cocoa & Chocolate)
- Understanding of clients Brands/Business and building account relationships beyond the buying level - gaining a thorough knowledge of customers business and operating procedures
- Developing strategy for the account, collaborate with team and lead the account to deliver strategy
- Managing existing business and driving growth in the FIBI business through customer focus, agility & superior customer experience
- Efficient project management skills & Innovation led approach
- Good understanding of market segments & product knowledge
- With guidance, help identify, develop and close new sales.
- Create demand for our products and services by raising their profile with customers.
- Monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends.
- Participate in regular status and strategy meetings with customers' senior management to understand and meet their needs.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10-14 years of related work experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in handling B2B accounts
- Should have experience in handling Big accounts like Britannia, ITC, HUL, And Other food giants.
- Working experience of handling Pan India Location
