Position Summary:

The job of Key Account Manager is to ensure that the accounts assigned to him achieve their Sales and Contribution margins targets on a consistent basis.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Ensure category wise portal share as per Account plans.

- Ensure sales Forecasting (BUP) process has to be followed to achieve forecasting reliability targets.

- Ensure new accounts (online shopping sites) are developed as per the plan.

- Make a joint business plan with all customers to ensure company objectives are met.

- Ensure listing of new product and expansions with categories

- Interface between the account and the organization and will be responsible for all activities that form a part of building a relationship with the accounts.

- To deliver the budget both Sales and Contribution Margin (CM)

- Increase Sales margins and optimize fixed cost of the market

- Fulfill sales commitment month on month basis

- Increase cash sale and minimize debtors and overdues

- Manage and Lead all activation as planned in JBP and deliver ROI.

Salary-20 to 25 lacs

Education & Experience:

- Master in Business Administration with 7-9 year experience in sales and marketing, in which the last 2-3 years should have experience of handling large customers and drive independently.

- Experience in working effectively in a multinational setting

- Strong influencing skills

- Results driven, eager to grow, self-motivated

- Able to work independently under remote leadership

- Would be an advantage if the candidate had the knowledge of the territory that he / she would be responsible for.
