Our client is a Mobile App working in the security space for both B2B and B2C. Recently Funded 400+cr with HQ in Bangalore.

We are looking to Hire 8 Key Account Managers for each of the Thane/ Navi Mumbai/ Kalyan/ Andher East Office.

Candidates with 2- 4 experience in similar Role or Sales, Retention, Renewal . Client Servicing.

Package : Excellent to Industry Standard - UPTO 6LPA Fixed

Our client Mobile App startup founded by ISB/ IIT/ IIM Alumni . Its HQ is in Bangalore (HSR Layout) with offices all across India - Mumbai (Andheri East), Gurgaon, Noida, Kolkata, Pune, Chennai etc.

Account Manager .

- Strong communication and client interfacing abilities

- Fast learner

- Flexibility to work in office and be on field any time as required

- Ability to multi-task

- Open to travel any part of Bangalore to meet clients

- Strong written English skills

Responsibilities :

- Work collaboratively with internal teams to drive APP penetration with existing clients.

- Provide superior client service and engage with the clients to ensure 100% renewal of all our contracts.

- Ensure all internal teams are following best practices in setting up and managing their clients accounts.

- Identify and promote key features to our clients.

- Develop forward thinking, data-driven analysis and recommendations that align with client goals and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to pitch to clients.

- Superior timely response to any issue, complains from the client along with recommendation on proactive steps to be taken to prevent recurrence of the same,
