Key Account Manager - Enterprise Sales - IT Hardware (10-13 yrs)

Job Description :

As an Enterprise Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our enterprise clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving revenue growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their business objectives and aligning our products and services to meet their evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Account Management :

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise client organizations, including C-level executives, IT managers, and procurement teams.

- Gain a deep understanding of clients' business goals, challenges, and technology requirements to proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion.

2. Solution Consultation :

- Collaborate with clients to assess their IT infrastructure needs and provide tailored solutions that address their specific requirements, leveraging our portfolio of hardware products and services.

- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to review performance, discuss upcoming projects or initiatives, and identify areas for optimization or improvement.

3. Sales Strategy :

- Develop and implement strategic account plans for each enterprise client, outlining objectives, key stakeholders, potential opportunities, and action steps to achieve sales targets.

- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and coordinate efforts to drive revenue growth.

4. Contract Negotiation :

- Lead sales negotiations with enterprise clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that maximize value for both parties.

- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize deals and contracts in a timely manner, addressing any client concerns or objections.

5. Customer Advocacy :

- Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for clients' needs and priorities to ensure they are met effectively.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and recommendations on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor in Engineering with MBA.

- Overall 10 years of sales experience of which at least 5 years of proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, preferably within the IT hardware industry or B2B enterprise sales with background in Server/Networking/Storage sales

- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and KPIs.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute account plans that drive business results.

- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.

- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
