Position: Key Account Manager - Enterprise Business (AM/DM)
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 6-8 years in Enterprise Sales
Qualification: BE + MBA
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:30 AM to 7:00 PM)
About the Role:
As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you will drive sales and build lasting relationships with large corporate clients, focusing on companies with revenues greater than - 100 CR. Working closely with the Business Head, EB sales/support team, NOC, product, finance, and other functional groups, you will play a pivotal role in building a market-leading Enterprise Business Vertical in Karnataka.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead by Example: Inspire and lead the Enterprise Sales team to achieve outstanding results.
Team Building: Recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing EB direct sales team to meet KPIs effectively.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to meet business vertical needs and ensure exceptional service standards.
Client Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Corporate Deals: Independently secure large corporate business deals.
KPI Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned KPIs, including monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Adherence to all SOPs within the EB vertical.
- Timely submission of sales and MIS reports.
- High service standards and client retention rates.
- Contribution to business growth and customer satisfaction.
Functional Competencies:
Experience:
- 6-8 years in direct corporate and channel sales or business development.
- Relevant experience in ISP, telecom, carrier relationships, and business partner management.
- 2-3 years in a similar leadership role is a plus.

- Proven ability to manage relationships with C-level executives.
- Expertise in building and leading high-performance teams.
