Key Account Manager-Ecommerce
- Xperia Executive Search LLP has been retained by a very large and diversified Indian organization in the consumer durable industry and a great place to work certified in to identify a Key Account Manager -Ecommerce for their Bangalore office.
- Incumbent must be a MBA graduate with strong communication skills with 5-8 years of relevant experience in selling Consumer Durables Appliances/FMCD.
- Candidates must be preferably from a same Industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Meeting sales target and monitoring budgeted sales
- Minimizing out of stock with client and getting a better fill rate
- Developing the online vertical for our product category by leveraging key partnerships with prominent e-commerce partners and also identifying new sellers
- Responsible for the sales, operations, inventory, pricing, collections and gross margins
- Developing concept / brand attributes and positioning strategy in line with product guidelines
- Developing the sales targets with e-commerce portals
- Preparing the annual online marketing budget for the e-commerce partners and TTK in consultation with the management team and allocating budget to brands with the break up in terms of season, campaign, media etc.
- Preparing annual marketing calendar
- Managing appropriate product promotions on all e-commerce platforms in collaboration with the marketing team
- Designing and planning exclusive product ranges for e-commerce partners and working closely with design, product and production team
- Recommending e-commerce store promotions in consultation with the vendors and e- commerce portal
- Ensuring that all communication material required for the promotions is developed, designed within the time frame specified.
- Recommending events specific to brand, product category and season.
- Inventory forecasting along with the e-commerce portal on the increase in traffic during the promotions.
- Ensuring the listing of all live stock on the e-commerce portal.
