About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to oversee key accounts and drive revenue growth through effective retention strategies. This role involves ensuring client satisfaction, identifying new growth opportunities, and aligning cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and retain key clients by building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Drive client value by setting priorities, aligning with stakeholders, conducting reviews, and enhancing engagement.
- Deliver executive-level reporting, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates, to manage risks and account issues.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities by implementing new initiatives with stakeholders.
- Provide feedback, training, and growth opportunities to team members to ensure high engagement.
Requirements :
- Proven experience managing key client portfolios in the insurance sector (H&B preferred).
- Experience selling to CHROs, HR teams, CFOs, or finance teams is a strong advantage.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, user-centric decision-making, and operational rigor.
