Key Account Manager - Builders Segment (5-15 yrs)
- Engage with and develop strong working relationships with key client stakeholders at real estate developers and builders, in order to grow sales and margins through an increase in the customer's share of wallet, in alignment with the Annual Operating Plan.
- Interface with the key builder & real estate developer accounts for resolution of critical concerns, coordination with internal departments like O&M, etc.
- Negotiate with key builder & real estate developer accounts to agree on tariffs, terms and conditions of Master Sales Agreements and Process Review Documents.
- Compute and analyse sales metrics (sales volume, sales revenue, profit margin, share of wallet) for builder & real estate developer accounts. Present the performance against metrics and strategies to grow the segment business"
- Plan the customer visit calendar and schedule appointments with builder & real estate developers (key accounts) customer stakeholders (typically at the corporate level) on a periodic basis.
- Interface extensively with the client stakeholders to assess business requirement and pitch business development opportunities in order to increase sales value, profitability and share of wallet at the key account.
- Negotiate and agree on the tariffs, terms and conditions of the MSA and PRD in order to increase share of business and profitability at the key account.
