Key Account Manager - BPO (4-6 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Handling inquiries with regard to product, pricing, customer relations and complaints.
- Handling presales and post sales calls and chats and helping customer place their orders and order processing.
- Resolving the customer issues and queries.(Semi-voice process)
- Making daily MIS Monthly report summary reports
- Co-ordinate with staff and make meetings
Requirements:
Excellent command over English language, fluency in the regional language, proactiveness, listening skills, service orientation
- Punctuality & Presentation skills
- High Emotional quotient, Persuasion Skills
- Ability to effectively interact to understand the customer requirements
