Key Account Manager - BFSI (2-3 yrs)
We are looking for Young (MBA from a decent Tier 1-2 institute, 2 years work experience Key Account managers who have worked in Banking, Medical Devices, Tech/ERP, Telecom-B2B type verticals who have done Key account management/Farming roles.
Locations - Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai/Pune, Chandigarh.
The role is to maintain business relationship with member school owners, up-sell our products/services, collect outstanding payments, resolve service delivery issues.
Extensive travel to small towns across the state is required
Ability to sustain a demanding customer, assertiveness in negotiating combined with service orientation is critical.
