Key Account Manager - BFS (3-10 yrs)
- Developing high level relationships with CEOs, CFOs, COOs and senior executives while concurrently establishing a web of influence at the tactical/operational levels of an organization.
- Developing high level relationship with the representatives of IDBI bank to get the leads of various corporate for tie ups.
- Responsible for selling group products i.e Gratuity Fund etc
- Responsible for the gross business, recurring sales revenue target through new prospects as well as existing accounts.
- Developing & executing effective sales and marketing strategies designed to gain new business.
- Put into practice a plan for consistent follow-up in order to maintain ongoing relationships with all clients.
- Demonstrating strong ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Managing internal stakeholders to meet client expectation at a regularly basis.
- Prepare Sales plan based on market potential and trends.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting Quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze internal systems and recommend enhancements to improve productivity.
- Providing necessary training to the sales force on product knowledge, institutional dealing and customer handling.
- Have extensive knowledge of competition and what business is booking into the area.
- Organise corporate sales promotional initiatives.
- Ensure that all communications with customers are handled within the required time frame and to the company standards and build transformational customer relationships at all levels.
- Be aware of the key trends in the market and take appropriate action.
- Plan the corporate strategies as set by the Company.
- Cross-functional team management to ensure coordination for back-end and other non-sales aspects of business.
- Interactions with the pricing team with information on various parameters to enable them come out with the best bids.
