Key Account Manager - B2B Sales - Recruitment Firm (7-10 yrs)
- Need to achieve individual and team (of up to 2 AMs) target
- Ability to identify the new business opportunities to contribute to the sales strategy at the team level
- Should have growth mindset.
- Responsible for New Business Development and identify right accounts
- Need to have data driven approach to analyze trends and align sales strategies accordingly
- Taking ownership of assigned targets and ensure achievement by effective funnel review
- Team handling-Managing up to 2 AMs/RMs whilst effectively & efficiently delegating tasks and mentoring to ensure overall and individual target achievement
- Be a part of on-going development of a sales team including hiring, training, and mentoring
- Prepare presentations, funnel projections, and competitive analysis for the business
- Generate and achieve monthly and quarterly forecasts for your own self and for the team
- Drive activities like lead generation, demos, new client addition, funnel addition on a daily basis and ensure flawless execution as per defined productivity benchmarks.
- Managing the daily sales operations at an individual and team level, oversee collections & ageing and take necessary action, as required
- Deliver on Sales Targets of online business
- Adhere to the sales policies and procedures, collaborate with cross functional teams and ensure smooth execution.
