Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Business Management.
- 4+ years of experience handling a channel business, preferably in the education/skilling industry.
- Geographical familiarity and a proven track record in the field.
- Must be from the Edutech industry and fluent in Malayalam.
Key Responsibilities :
- Find and onboard channel partners (digital aggregators, educational consultants) in the assigned territory.
- Partner with educational institutes to generate business and manage the partner lifecycle.
- Implement sales activities and maximize business opportunities.
- Achieve individual sales targets by maintaining relationships with institutional partners.
- Participate in training and development programs.
- Map schools, educational institutions, and competitors in the territory.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for management decision-making.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers at educational institutions.
- Ensure end-to-end compliance for all institutional partner deals.
- Stay updated on new products and services.

Salary -6.00-8.00
