Key Account Manager - B2B/B2C Sales - Real Estate (1-6 yrs)
- Build relationship with Flat - PG - Hostel owners/ Tenants/ Property Dealers/ Community
Societies - to collect survey data/ photographs/ details of complexes/ buildings around the city.
- Complete ownership of a locality to map down all required data-points including photographs of the allotted complexes/ buildings.
- Adhere to timelines/targets with a strong focus on KPIs.
- Responsible for articulation of Dotcom platform & creating brand awareness in the
market through hard collaterals and presentations.
- As part of Sales, manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing, payment collection and result tracking.
- Being a data collector cum sales person cum brand makers.
