Key Account Manager - Automotive (5-12 yrs)
1. To create and manage an effective business plan and achieve continual operational excellence and positive business growth.
2. To efficiently set up & manage all SPO's, KPI's & standard metrics by continuous training, monitoring & periodic reviews.
3. To train & upgrade personnel to ensure handling is efficient & accurate, & also that personnel to ensure handling is efficient & accurate & also that personnel remains updated about the technical developments in the specific field.
4. Responsible for relationship management with the customers for the assigned BU.
5. Responsible to set up cross-functional operations- Airfreight & Contract Logistics to achieve operational expertise at all levels.
6. Responsible to orchestrate & synchronize all internal activities of the assigned BU.
7. Volume reports, cost analysis, ROI reporting.
