Key Account Manager (4-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities include:
Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client needs and inquiries.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop plans to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and align them with our product offerings.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans tailored to each client.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to enhance our market positioning.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and supply chain, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Coordinate with production teams to manage supply and demand effectively.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, account health, and market trends.
- Prepare regular updates and presentations for management.
- Analyze account data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
