Key Account Manager (3-6 yrs)
1) Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
2) Get the products approved and sell to Architects/Builder/PMC/Designers including government and other institutions.
3) Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
4) Ensure visit to architect/Builder/designer/PMC/Institutions as per target list.
5) Power Point presentations to be made and presented to clients as and when required.
6) Ensure cross selling and up selling of products.
7) Tracking new infrastructure developments in respective territory and generate business.
