- Developing and managing a fulfillment strategy with vendors to ensure optimal selection, cost-efficiency, and service levels.
- Developing a thorough understanding of the market, including short-term and long-term trends.
- Staying updated on competitor strategies and vendor activities, and influencing market dynamics to Flipkart's advantage.
- Collaborating with teams to ensure the best selection of products and onboarding of top sellers.
- Owning cost improvements and overall portfolio management for best offers and promotions.
- Coordinating with brands to design and manage in-store promotions and effective customer communication.
