Key Account Manager (1-5 yrs)
Key Activities :
- Meeting with Clients - current, prospective and futuristic
- Map customer profile and map business prospect to build sales pipeline
- Order/sales planning/booking, Inventory planning to meet customer need/ sales plan
- Oversee accounts receivables, money collection
- Manage commitment to clients on all deliverables
- Maintain key MIS reports
- Understand competition and customers and Market intelligence
KPIs:
- Achievement of Sales Plans
- Quality of business - Sales forecast accuracy and adherence to deadlines
- Customer Acquisition - Acquire new customers to increase overall customer base
- Relationship management skills- teamwork, manage existing customers and repeat orders from clients
- Overall experience - few years into B2B/corporate/institutional sales
- Polished candidate who can hold discussions with CEOs/CXOs/CTOs etc.
- Extensive knowledge of the geography/region.
