Key Account Manager (1-2 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team, responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our most valued clients.


- The ideal candidate will focus on maximizing sales opportunities within key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, aligning our SaaS solutions with their business objectives.

Onboarding & Support : Oversee the training, onboarding and deployment process for new customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation of our software solutions. Collaborate with the Implementation and Support teams to develop and execute onboarding plans, and work closely with clients to address any technical or operational challenges during the deployment phase.

Account Growth : Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, delivering innovative solutions to meet and exceed sales targets.

Customer Advocacy : Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring client feedback drives continuous improvement in service delivery. Monitor key customer health metrics and take proactive measures to prevent churn.

Market Insight : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide clients with valuable insights and maintain a competitive edge.

Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and strategic account expansion.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of proven experience in Key Account Management or Customer Success within a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong track record in customer retention and revenue growth.

- In-depth understanding of B2B sales cycles and account management best practices.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
