Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their IT infrastructure needs and offering tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Identify sales opportunities for end computing, networking, server storage, backup solutions, and firewall technologies.
- Drive solutions that meet the unique requirements of key accounts.
Customer Success:
- Ensure clients are effectively utilizing IT infrastructure solutions, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Solution Selling:
- Present, promote, and sell IT infrastructure solutions to customers, including networking, server storage, backup solutions, and firewall products.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales, technical, and support teams to ensure a seamless delivery of solutions and services.
Account Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, setting clear goals and targets for each key account.
Revenue Growth:
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to drive business expansion.
- Regularly review client contracts, pricing, and service levels to maximize revenue.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular account status reports, outlining progress, performance, opportunities, and challenges to senior management.
Market Research:
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to offer relevant solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in key account management or sales with a focus on IT infrastructure solutions (end computing, networking, server storage, backup solutions, firewall).
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including end computing, networking, server storage, backup solutions, and firewalls.
- Client Relationship Management: Proven experience in managing and growing relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.
- Solution Selling: Ability to sell complex IT infrastructure solutions and services, with a deep understanding of customer needs and business challenges.
- Communication Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot client issues and provide effective, timely solutions.
- Sales Orientation: Target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Education: Any educational background is acceptable, but a degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
