Key Account Management Role - IT (5-10 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION
I) ROLE / BUSINESS TITLE: Key Account Management
II) EXPERIENCE: 6+ years
III) LOCATION: Mumbai
IV) ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work in direct contact with assigned clients (Existing & New) and cater to all sales activities.
- Analyze client business, goals, strategies, industry trends, and direction to develop compelling value propositions.
- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of targets.
- Grow opportunity pipeline with existing & new logos.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
- Remain in frequent contact with clients to understand their needs.
- Respond to client needs, queries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction and company reputation.
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
- Ensure long-term profitable business acquisition through relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction to drive company growth.
V) QUALIFICATION & PREREQUISITES:
- Graduate/Post-Graduate in Engineering; Post-Graduation in Business Administration is preferred.
- 6-8 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, with at least 4 years in the banking vertical around Applications, Technology Services, including Core Banking Solutions.
- Strong CXO-level connections/relationships within the Banking sector.
- Proven track record of individual performance.
- Strong understanding of the domestic banking landscape and evolving banking technologies.
- Proficiency in showcasing organizational capabilities, proposal development, and presentations in collaboration with delivery teams.
