Key Account Executive - Sales - IT/Telecom (3-5 yrs)
The key account executive is responsible for building and managing the sales pipeline of prospective clients for accurate forecasting purposes, and collaborating with various departments within the company.
- Employers expect key account executives to know their assigned clients inside and out. Execs fully understand their charges- products, services, objectives, competitors, and brand image.
- They frequently check in with them to discuss needs, concerns, and satisfaction. If questions or problems arise, clients know exactly who to contact for a prompt response. That attention to and excitement for client growth strengthens bonds.
Responsibilities :
- Manage key accounts
- Act as the point of contact for clients
- Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
- Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
- Identify new potential customers
- Supervise sales account representatives
- Ensure budget and time requirements are met
- Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
- Establish best practices
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
- The right candidate will be required to market Convergence products (Active components) along with associated application product like NMS(security product, Network, IP Management)
such as:-
Networking :- Switches (Core, edge, distribution), WiFi,
Applications:- Unified communication and collaborations, Network management & optimization, Voice:- IPPABX
Security: IP Surveillance
- Video conference/Telepresence. Storage.
- The candidate should be able to communicate effectively to present our offerings, gather customer requirement, uncover needs/pain areas and present customized solutions to the client.
- The job will include making sales calls & generating prospects, presentation/demonstrations, negotiation, order follow-up and payment collection.
- The candidate will be required to identify accounts, develop them and manage relationships individually.
5 Days a week (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM) Full Time
