Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
i. Managing Key Modern Trade Accounts along with a KAM including order booking, PO generation etc
ii. KAM is the face of the company for the customer. Customer will know the company as much you tell them about it, how you present it.
iii. Manage relationships with key personnel of the client account
iv.Maintaining best possible relation with the customer. brand should become the preferred brand for the customer.
v. When customer thinks about the category brand should come to his mind first.
vi. To meet the growth, revenue, share, profitability plans.
vii. Coordinate with cross functional teams like sales operations, marketing.
Requirements
