Key Account Executive - Marketing - Bakery (1-5 yrs)
Our client is one of the strongest brands in the Bakery category, having a 25000 sq ft state-of-the-art centralized manufacturing facility with European equipment near Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The founding team consists of a 'Master Baker' from Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, one of the finest culinary institutes in the world and an IIM-A alumni with a McKinsey background.
Responsibilities :
Operations :
- Perform daily Purchase Order (PO) and Stock on Hand (SOH) checks, and raise any concerns with the respective platform teams.
- Execute offers, visibility campaigns, and brand awareness assets on the app.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial documents, such as debit notes and invoices, for assigned platforms.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team to maintain optimal fill rates.
- Facilitate smooth operations during new product launches, packaging changes, MRP updates, and other critical transitions.
- Timely account reconciliations with partners
Marketing Activities :
- Assist the Key Account Manager (KAM) in developing activation strategies and continuously monitor their execution across platforms.
- Regularly assess the return on investment (ROI) generated from activations.
Data Analysis :
- Support the Key Account Manager (KAM) in identifying and analyzing key business insights related to activations, pricing, and other factors to drive sustainable sales growth.
Marketing operations :
- Collaborate with the Brand Management team to execute banners and other digital marketing assets across assigned platforms.
Requirements :
- Freshers from Engineering or Commerce background from Tier 1/2 colleges
- Candidates with 1-5 year experience in ecommerce would be preferable
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel & word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A go-getter attitude with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
- Strong follow-up skills to ensure timely completion of work.
