Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assist the Performance Marketing Manager in setting up, monitoring, optimizing and reporting on performance marketing campaigns.

- Set up and monitor ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Outbrain, and other ad platforms

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize campaign performance and spending based on campaign data

- Manage media investments to ensure that campaign goals are achieved

- Handling end-to-end commutation with allocated clients from requirement gathering to presenting numbers

- Develop analytics dashboards to track, monitor and report on campaign performance and ROIs

- Collaborate with stakeholders to strategize to ensure execution excellence against paid media channels

- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs) and update the stakeholders in a timely manner.

Requirements:

- 0-2 year experience with online marketing and analytics tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics

- Experience of frequently communicating with allocated stakeholders on call or any defined medium

- Basic knowledge of analytical and marketing tools (Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, etc.)

- Good at data processing software/tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc

- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Detail oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Certifications in Google Marketing Platforms and Meta would be an added advantage
