Roles & Responsibilities :

1. You, wizard, will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies for all key social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin) that will leave our audiences spellbound.

2. Schedule content on social media platforms. Moderate the community content to make sure our content is informative, entertaining and feel-good.

3. Work with copywriters, video editors and designers to ensure content is informative, factually correct and visually appealing.

4. Be our master strategist - Manage our day-to-day content & always be on the lookout for new ways to keep our audience engaged.

5. Unravel the secrets hidden within the realm of data analysis, track performance, and conjure strategies to elevate our online presence.

6. With great power comes great responsibility! You'll be at the forefront of ideation and execution, collaborating with our team of writers, video editors and videographers to whip up out of the box, engaging video content for our social media platforms.

Preferred Qualifications :

1. 2-3 years of experience working in Social Media Marketing, preferably in an agency or someone who's a pro at crafting & managing content for varied social marketing channels.

2. You should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Media/Advertising/Marketing

3. Photoshop Wizardry (Basic knowledge of Photoshop - an enchanting advantage)

4. You should be a Creative Connoisseur (Demonstrating a naturally creative disposition and a willingness to share ideas with the team as we foster an environment of innovation and collaboration here!)

5. You should possess excellent oral and written communication skills

6. You should be comfortable in front of the camera.
