What is expected of you
- Visit hospitals, meet Doctors/MSW's and explain what is crowdfunding and how Ketto will play a key role in raising funds for patients who are in need.
- Maintain relations with all our partners. Get new partners on board. Help in solving their grievances. Ensure smooth running of partnership.
- Interact with the patients and understand their financial needs to carry out their Medical expenses. And explain process of crowdfunding.
- Assist in photoshoot, interview patients/family & document them.
- Help Ketto campaign managers in the process of campaign set up.
What we are looking for
- Candidate has the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
- Holding Bachelors Degree or equivalent diploma with 1-3 years work experience in a business facing role. Prior experience working in small, high growth teams is a strong plus.
- Prior experience with fundraising in the Non-Profit sector is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills - able to communicate ideas over call, email/Whatsapp and in-person effectively. A majority of your time will be spent over telephonic/Whatsapp conversations.
- Attention to detail - You can identify grammatical mistakes and are comfortable with numbers
- Empathy - You can understand the needs of clients and the cause they work for
- Proficient with productivity tools like excel, powerpoint, google sheets, etc.
- Desire to learn - You- re a highly motivated self-starter, with an eagerness to learn and grow
- Strategic Problem Solving - You can leverage data and gain valuable insights into decision making
- Knowing at least one regional language apart from English and Hindi is a plus
- You are open to handling requests from clients during off-work hours, on occasion.
