Ketto - Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
You will be a part of the Business Development team and work towards scaling its operations and identifying new areas of growth in the Non-Profit sector.
What is expected of you
- Maintain strong relationships with Ketto's Non-Profit partners
- Conduct own research and onboard new Non-Profits
- Maintain regular communications with Non-Profit clients and help them conceptualise and execute crowdfunding campaigns
- Work with Non-Profits to leverage their events and institutional partnerships through crowdfunding
- Work closely with the Team Lead to manage a pipeline for marketing/PR outreach
- Conduct in-person and virtual workshops with Non-Profits
- Sell Ketto's SAAS products and digital marketing services to Non-Profits
- Perform background verification of the campaign story to ensure credibility
- Assist the Compliance team in Non-Profits- documents- verification
- Devise ideas and tools to improve the overall efficiency of internal processes
- Be the single point of contact for all internal and external stake holders
What we are looking for
- Candidate has the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
- Holding Bachelors Degree or equivalent diploma with 1-3 years work experience in a business facing role. Prior experience working in small, high growth teams is a strong plus.
- Prior experience with fundraising in the Non-Profit sector is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills - able to communicate ideas over call, email/Whatsapp and in-person effectively. A majority of your time will be spent over telephonic/Whatsapp conversations.
- Attention to detail - You can identify grammatical mistakes and are comfortable with numbers
- Empathy - You can understand the needs of clients and the cause they work for
- Multi-tasking ability - You can effectively prioritize the work and juggle multiple tasks during the day
- Proficient with productivity tools like excel, powerpoint, google sheets, etc.
- Desire to learn - You- re a highly motivated self-starter, with an eagerness to learn and grow
- Strategic Problem Solving - You can leverage data and gain valuable insights into decision making
- Knowing at least one regional language apart from English and Hindi is a plus
- You are open to handling requests from clients during off-work hours, on occasion.
